The Corporate Communications department is responsible for the image and the thematic networking of the Bilfinger Group both internally and externally. Through the professional communication of strategic core messages as well as the efficiency of the Group to relevant target groups, Corporate Communications makes a significant contribution to the success of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement and oversee marketing / communications program that effectively describe and promote the organization.
  • Ensure our brand communication; brand monitoring and brand protection follows parent company guidelines.
  • Maintains  Corporate design, Online Brand Portal and Design manuals.
  • Assist Executives in presentation preparation, dissemination of company messages/memo, and success stories.
  • Develop and issue materials and branding strategies for employee use in compliance with Bilfinger SE guidelines.
  • Ensure that employees are aware of changes and projects within the company.
  • Develop and maintain effective sales, marketing, and presentation tools.
  • Draft news stories, briefs, success stories, and project descriptions for publication on the Web site, Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter and other social media sites.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • BS/BA in Public Relations, Communications or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Communications Manager.
  • Experience in copywriting and editing.
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the field.
  • Leadership skills are necessary for directing staff and overseeing projects.
  • Experience in Web Design and content production is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, photo and video editing software is a plus.
